With courtesy and professionalism, we will be at your complete disposal to provide you with all the attention and comfort you need, from a simple apartment stay to the Aparthotel treatment with daily housekeeping.

At your disposal: large private parking lot, heated skis and boots drop-off, mountain-bike friendly establishment, with free mountain-bikes available, internet point and WI-FI signal in each apartment, animation with the mini-club, games hall, a large garden with gazebos, River Relax, a playground with a an inflatable castle, and a small soccer field where kids are free to play in the greenery. Coin washing machines and dryers, fireplace upon booking, dishwasher, hardwood floors and Jacuzzi tub.

River Relax

Forget stress and enter a world where you can relax! Try the new River Relax Area immersed in nature, just next to the river flowing nearby the Residence. Panoramic sauna with a wooden stove, external hot water tubs with varying temperatures, Relax Area with lunges and Herbal Tea Bar. Recommended on cold rainy days. Open Sunday to Friday 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm.

Let’s Experience Nature

The little ones have access to our playground, adjacent to the residence, connected to the mini soccer field; once a week there’s snack-time with sweets homemade by Aunt Liliana and games in the inflatable castle. There’s a large garden with gazebos waiting for you, where you can spend a few hours relaxing, reading the paper or having a cocktail with friends on the riverbank surrounded by green.

My family spent a winter week at the residence and it was a good one. We decided to go for a package so everything, including ski passes, ski school and equipment were organized. the apartment was clean and warm and the staff was very helpful. L.K.

Position perfect, walk into town 5 minutes, to the slopes 5 minutes, lots of parking available. checkin and out quick. The rooms themselves are spacious, including the bathroom.. Nice balcony to go out on overlooking the river and mountains. W.P.

Located less than 100m from the main lifts in Ponte you reach the ski area in a snap. Apartments are large enough and have all important necessities including huge and sunny balconies to catch that winter tan. J.
