We offer taste and simplicity in compliance with tradition: appetizers like the Platter of cured meats with lard, Camuno carpaccio of bresaola and porcini mushrooms; moving on to Pizzoccheri, Spighe di Segale al Silter (Rye Ears), or einkorn wheat Tagliatelle with Chanterelles and bacon.

For our second courses, in addition to the classic polenta (cornmeal), stew and shredded porcini mushrooms, we offer Beef filet with bacon and Dalignese Heart served with caramelized onions, or a selection of local cheeses paired with appetizing sauces.
In order to end on a sweet note, we recommend our wild berries tart, served with warm raspberries, whipped cream and cinnamon, or our delicate tiramisu, perfect for brightening your day.
